On November 27, 2023, the Chongqing Changshou District Ecological Environment Bureau announced that it plans to approve Chongqing Hehui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.’s “annual production of 17,500 tons of polyurethane additives, 30,000 tons of polyester polyols and combination materials and Environmental impact assessment information for the 1,000-ton cephalosporin antibiotic API project.
