according to the memorandum, lutianhua will invest in the construction of a pilot plant using a new process jointly developed by and linde group (“linde”), and will provide it with a new high-performance catalyst system to promote synthesis gas one-step conversion to dimethyl ether. in addition, linde will provide related equipment design and process engineering services for the direct synthesis of dme. construction of the test facility will begin in 2020.
