Generally, the surface drying time is within 10 minutes (at room temperature of 20°C). The full drying time varies with the ambient temperature and humidity. Generally, the full drying time in summer is about 4-6 hours. In winter, when the temperature is around zero, it will take 24 hours or more to fully dry. Under normal use conditions (and with a covering layer on its surface), its service life is longer, and the cured foam maintains excellent elasticity and adhesion in the temperature range of -10°C to 80°C.

1. Before use, shake the material tank up and down for 1 minute. Remove the floating dust and oil on the surface before construction. Spraying a small amount of water on the construction surface has achieved better results.
2. When using, use a plastic nozzle for tubular products to tighten on the threaded valve, and for gun-type products, use a matching special glue gun to tighten on the black plastic threaded ring. Pay attention to the glue gun and The matching of threads, and attention should be paid to tightening to avoid leakage.
3. Use the tank upside down. The flow rate and flow rate of the foam can be controlled and adjusted by the trigger. The ejection volume can reach 1/2 of the required filling volume. Pay attention to the continuous expansion of the foam and ensure that the filling is straight. Gaps must be filled from bottom to top. The gaps between doors, windows and walls are suitable for filling when they are 1cm-3cm.
4. The foam before curing is sticky, please do not touch the surface of the foam. The surface drying time of the foam is about 10 minutes. The foam can be cut in about 30-60 minutes, and the foam can be cut within 3-6 hours. Reach stability (all data are obtained under laboratory conditions at a temperature of 25°C and a relative humidity of 50%. It takes longer for construction foam to reach stability in winter). The remaining part of the cured foam can be removed with a sharp blade. The next step of installation can only be carried out after the foam is completely stable.
5. Since this product is not resistant to ultraviolet rays, it will easily turn yellow and become brittle when exposed for a long time. Therefore, it is recommended to paint the surface of the cured foam with cement mortar, paint or silicone gel 24 hours after the completion of construction. The product is a sealing filling material and cannot be used as a waterproof layer, cannot bear load, and cannot replace the material that plays a fixed role when installing doors and windows.
6. After use, use a special polyurethane cleaning agent to promptly remove the remaining uncured foam on the valve, glue gun, and nozzle. The cleaning agent is not suitable for cured foam. Repeated use will easily damage the sealing of the valve, so it is recommended to use it once.
