Product Name: Mold Dope for Rubber Material Item No.: SilibaseRA-4ITT What Is It: SilibaseRA-4ITT Mold Dope for Rubber Material is semi-permanent and water-based emulsion for inner tires demoulding. SilibaseRA-4ITT Mold Dope for Rubber Material is designed for butyl rubber bladder of tire vulcanization. When properly applied to the inside of the green tire, this formula provides excellent air bleed and lubrication between the mold and the green tire resulting in good tire uniformity and minimal trapped air defects. Product Features： ● It does not contain benzene and chloride solvents. ● SilibaseRA-4ITT Mold Dope for Rubber Material is applied by automatic or handheld spray gun and brush. The chosen is dependent on an individual tire plant’s equipment and logistics. ● Continuous effective operation after many times vulcanization and demoulding. The number of repeatable vulcanizations depends on use efficiency, vulcanization time and temperature, structure of tire and bladder.
