Morpholine can be prepared by gas-phase catalytic reaction of dioxane and ammonia. Application: Mainly used in the production of rubber vulcanization accelerators, also used in surfactants, textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries , medicine, pesticide synthesis. Morpholine is also used as a catalyst for the polymerization of butadiene, a corrosion inhibitor, and an optical bleaching agent. This product is also a solvent for dyes, resins, waxes, early glue, and casein. At present, the output of morpholine in the world is 30,000-40,000 t/a. Morpholine salts are also widely used, and morpholine hydrochloride (10024-89-2) is an intermediate in organic synthesis; morpholine fatty acid salts can be used as coating agents for fruits or melons and vegetables Inhibit radical respiration, prevent water volatilization and epidermal atrophy.
