nickel production in the second quarter was 45,000 tons, a decrease of 4% from the previous quarter. among the achievements of the first half of this year was the improved quality of nickel cathodes produced by the kola unit, with impurity levels reduced by 40% compared to 2022 levels. at the same time, the trans-baikal division increased metal processing and mining volumes due to the operational efficiency improvement plan. the financial report also showed that copper production in the second quarter was 95,000 tons, which was 13% lower than the previous quarter.
